CBUAO IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Northeast-10 Commissioner, Julie Ruppert has announced a new agreement with the CBUAO for the 2015-2016 academic year.  The new NE-10 contract, along with agreements already in place with the ECC and CACC means the CBUAO will once again provide umpire assigning services to all Division II schools in the Northeast. CBUAO President Nick Zibelli is thrilled with the announcement. “I am honored and grateful for the confidence shown by the Athletic Directors of the D-II conferences and look forward to continuing our relationship which dates back to 1982. Our umpires and staff worked very hard on and off the field to accommodate all of our member schools during the worst spring ever and I salute their efforts.”

CBUAO Umpire and Massachusetts State Trooper Joe Hilton (pictured front row far left) on May 15, 2015 at a State House ceremony receiving the Medal Of Valor at the Massachusetts State Police Spring Awards Ceremony.  Trooper Hilton wrestled a firearm away from a kidnapping suspect, preventing injury to a mother and a 11 month old child.  We at the CBUAO congratulate Trooper Hilton on a job well done!
